Rockfirepro Ltd is a specialist passive fire protection contractor based in Loughton, Essex. We deliver fire stopping, compartmentation and penetration sealing works across residential, commercial and public sector buildings throughout the UK.
We were founded with one clear objective: to deliver passive fire protection works to the highest possible standard - using only third-party tested and certified products, backed by full documentation that clients, building owners and regulators can rely on.
We believe that passive fire protection is not a box-ticking exercise. It is a life safety discipline. Each installation we carry out is treated with the seriousness it deserves - from the survey stage through to the final handover documentation.

02Our Approach
From first contact to final documentation, we make the process straightforward and transparent.

We carry out a thorough survey to understand the scope of works required and identify any existing deficiencies.
2.2
We confirm the tested detail and the certified product for each application from the project specification, and send a competitive quote.
2.3
Our trained operatives carry out installations in line with manufacturer requirements and tested installation details.
2.4
Each job is fully documented with photographic evidence, product data sheets and our own installation certificates at handover.

3.1Director, Rockfirepro Ltd
Darina is a director of Rockfirepro Ltd, responsible for the company's governance and oversight, and works alongside Svet to keep the business running to the standards its credentials require.
3.2Operations Lead, Rockfirepro Ltd
Svet leads Rockfirepro's fire-stopping delivery on site and founded Assaya - the golden-thread platform the team uses to record and prove each seal. His rule is simple: the work is not finished until it is documented and verifiable.

4.2Third-party certification
Third-party certificated installer under the FIRAS scheme, operated by Warringtonfire. Certificate AP4414, module Penetration Sealing, covering penetration seals and linear gap sealing. Awarded September 2026 following an office audit and a site audit. Our entry can be checked on the public FIRAS register.

4.3Health and safety
Assessed and awarded CHAS Elite in July 2026. CHAS is an SSIP-recognised scheme, so this covers the same health & safety core criteria shown above, assessed to the Elite standard.
4.4Health and safety
SSIP health & safety accreditation (Once For All Health & Safety), independently assessed by a UKAS-accredited inspection body under ISO/IEC 17020:2012 - valid to July 2027. Recognised by the HSE as 'deemed to satisfy' the Core Criteria and mutually accepted across SSIP member schemes.
